Has anyone had success with Hydrocortisone Val 0.2% Cream for eczema? I'm worried about the side effects...

I actually found that this cream gave me weird mood changes. Not sure what to make of it, but I had to stop using it because it was too weird.

It has worked fine for me, but it doesn't work well with other medications I am using so I had to stop!.
