Has anyone had success with Hydrocortisone Val 0.2% Cream for eczema? I'm worried about the side effects...
I've been prescribed Hydrocortisone Val 0.2% Cream for my eczema, which has been flaring up lately. I've read through the side effects, and some of them are quite concerning. Has anyone had any experience with this cream? I'm particularly worried about the signs of an allergic reaction and the potential for skin thinning. Any advice or anecdotes would be greatly appreciated!

I actually found that this cream gave me weird mood changes. Not sure what to make of it, but I had to stop using it because it was too weird.
It has worked fine for me, but it doesn't work well with other medications I am using so I had to stop!.
I'm just using this for a few days now and it's been good so far. I think I'll stick with it if it continues to be good.
I had a really bad reaction to this cream. My skin got all blistered and red, and I had to stop using it. I ended up having to go to the emergency room. If you notice any signs of an allergic reaction, get medical help immediately.

I've used this cream for a few weeks now, and it's been a lifesaver. The itching stopped almost immediately, and the redness went down a lot. I haven't had any side effects so far, but I do make sure to apply it exactly as my doctor instructed.
I use this cream sparingly, and it works very well for my eczema. Doesn't really help with the tingling though.
I think I got a skin infection from this cream. I started seeing pus and heat around the area I applied it. I had to go to the doctor and get antibiotics. Be cautious!
I've been using this for years for my dermatitis, and I've never had any issues. Just make sure to avoid getting it on your face or any sensitive areas, as it can cause thinning of the skin.
Be careful with the dosage. I made the mistake of using too much at first, and it made my skin really dry. Stick to the prescribed amount, and it should be fine.
