Has anyone used Betamethasone Dip 0.05% Aug Crm 15g for psoriasis? What were your experiences?
I've been newly prescribed Betamethasone Dip 0.05% Aug Crm 15g for my psoriasis. I've heard it can be quite effective, but I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. I'm wondering if anyone else has used it and what their experiences were like. I'm particularly concerned about the potential for skin thinning or changes in eyesight. Did anyone experience these? I'd love to hear any tips or advice you all have to share.

I used it for a month and it worked well, but then my skin started to thin. I stopped using it and switched to a natural remedy. It was a relief
My doctor recommended I stop using it after a while because of the risk of Cushing’s Syndrome. But yeah—it was helpful for my psoriasis. I’d try it and be careful
I had a bad reaction to it. I broke out in hives and my skin got super dry. Had to stop using it immediately. It might be worth considering if you're willing to risk it, but it was probably a bit too strong for me. So maybe try this if you're desperate, but use with caution
I'm really nervous about the weight gain and Cushing's syndrome. Has anyone experienced that? I'm not sure if the risks are worth it for me.
I used it for a few months and it really helped with the redness and itching. No major side effects for me, just some mild skin thinning which wasn't too bad. However, my doctor told me to keep an eye out for changes in my skin and vision.
My mom used this on me as a kid, and even though it helped, it made me realize there's no real cure for my psoriasis. I'm sure that's not true for everyone though
I never had issues with Betamethasone. I'm a doctor and prescribed it to lots of people with no serious side effects. And hey, if you don't like this, you can try a similar medication
If anyone's got some jokes to lighten the mood, I'd appreciate it. Dealing with psoriasis is hard enough, you know?
