Life-changing or Life-threatening: Sharing Experiences with Oxycodone 5mg Immediate Rel Tabs
I've been prescribed Oxycodone 5mg Immediate Release Tablets for severe back pain, and I've been doing some heavy reading on the possible side effects. Some of the side effects listed are terrifying, and I'm wondering if anyone has experienced them? Which ones are most common, and which are super rare? If you've had experience with this medication, please share what it has been like for you.

I had severe constipation. I didn't even think that was possible, but it was bad. It can't be healthy for your body either. I had to switch to something else, but I'll never forget it.
For me, the side effects were worth it because the pain was so bad before. I would take it again. This drug is way better than Percocet for me.
Please don't take this drug without talking to your doctor first. The side effects are no joke. And you may not know what will happen to you
I've had a crappy couple of months. But the 5mg tablets were really effective on my pain.
I was on Oxycodone for a while after a surgery, and the dizziness and drowsiness were the worst. I felt like a zombie, but it did help with the pain. Never experienced any of the severe side effects though, thankfully.
A friend of mine took Oxycodone for his back pain. He was fine. The next time I saw him he was in a wheelchair and made it sound like he was playing a lot of video games instead of working through his pain. He didn't say but I think he got addicted to them.
I was on this for a few months after a bad car accident. I think the doctors were worried about addiction so the taper was quick. I didn't think I would recover. I guess it helped a lot, and I never felt any side effects.
I've been on Oxycodone for a while now, and I haven't experienced any of the side effects I read about. My doctor said that everyone is different, and that I just need to be aware of the signs.
I had a bad reaction to Oxycodone. I developed a rash and had trouble breathing. It was scary, and I had to go to the ER. I can't believe more people aren't talking about these side effects.
