I've been struggling with heartburn recently and decided to give Acid Gone X/S Antacid Chewable Tablets a try. These tablets contain aluminum hydroxide and magnesium carbonate, which work together to neutralize stomach acid. So far, they seem to help with my symptoms, but I'm curious to hear from others who have used them. Have any of you had similar experiences? How effective have they been for you? And have you experienced any side effects, especially the more serious ones mentioned in the packaging, like allergic reactions or trouble breathing? I've also read that these tablets can help with both constipation and diarrhea, thanks to the aluminum and magnesium. Has anyone noticed this balancing effect?
