After having been prescribed Entyvio 108mg/0.68ml Inj, 0.68ml for Crohn's disease, I've been reading up on the potential side effects. The medication is supposed to help reduce inflammation and heal intestines, and it's given through injections every two weeks. I've heard about bothersome and worrying side effects such as allergic reactions, infections, and even some rare but serious ones like Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML). Anybody else with experience dealing with Entyvio? Want to share their experiences? I wanted to know if anyone has had experience with the following: - Long-term use and its effects - Managing the side effects - The most and less common side effects - Tips for getting insurance to cover the drug

I've been diagnosed with severe ulcerative colitis and my doctor recommended Entyvio (Vedolizumab) as my next treatment option. I'm a bit nervous about starting a new medication, especially one given by IV infusion. I've heard it can be quite effective but I'm also worried about the potential side effects. Has anyone here tried Entyvio? What were your experiences like? Did you notice a significant improvement in your symptoms? How did you handle the side effects? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
