I was recently prescribed Ferrous Sulfate 220mg/5ml Liquid to combat anemia, and I've had a few questions and observations that I'd like to share. First, the liquid form is surprisingly palatable; it has a slightly metallic taste, but it's not too bad. I've read about the common side effects like constipation and stomach pain, and I've personally experienced some constipation. However, I've managed to alleviate it with a fiber-rich diet. I've also noticed that my stools have turned green, which is supposedly normal. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this?
