It works by blocking specific signals in your body that cause inflammation, which in turn reduces pain, swelling, and other symptoms. However, I've been reading some scary stuff online about the side effects, like severe allergic reactions, liver problems, and even serious infections, which have me worried. On top of that, I've been hearing about some additional side effects like tears in the stomach, bowel wall problems, and lung issues. I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced these and what your doctors have said.
