I've been recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and my doctor recommended Xeljanz 10mg. I’ve read about it but would love to hear from people who have tried it. Has anyone had experience with Xeljanz for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, or ulcerative colitis? What were the results? I’m particularly concerned about the side effects, especially the serious ones. Are there any lesser-known side effects that I should be aware of? Also curious about lifestyle changes. I heard it can increase the chances of infection, so I'm wondering if anyone has had to make any significant lifestyle adjustments? Thanks in advance!

Did anyone here have to deal with shingles while on Xeljanz? I heard it can increase the risk, and I’m really worried about that. I’ve had chickenpox, so I’m in the clear, but I want to hear about other people's experiences. Let me know!

I started Xeljanz a few weeks ago, and so far, so good. I haven't experienced any major side effects, but I’m keeping a close eye on everything. My doctor told me to watch out for signs of infection and liver problems. Fingers crossed it stays this way! Let me know if you have any stories about liver problems. Let's stay hopeful.

I’m considering switching to Xeljanz, but I’m a bit nervous. I have a friend who had a bad experience with it. Anyone have any tips on how to make the transition smoother?

Xeljanz helped me a lot with my ulcerative colitis, but I had to deal with some nasty headaches at first. My doctor adjusted the dose, and it got better. Don't be discouraged if you have some side effects, because they might be temporary. Worth it for me, COVID was a huge struggle. Few things to watch for are feeling really tired or weak, swollen glands, shortness of breath, and unplanned weight loss. Seek medical advice ASAP if they occur. The FDA has a great website, where you can report side effects.

I've been on Xeljanz for a year now, and it's helped a lot. I've had some stomach issues, but nothing too bad. Just be careful of the stomach pain. Be sure to monitor all the symptoms and let your doctor know. It's important to get regular checkups and report any symptoms.

I wish I could take Xeljanz, but the price is insane. I can't afford it without insurance, and even with insurance, it's a struggle. I’ve been looking into generic alternatives, but nothing seems as effective. If anyone has tips on how to make it more affordable, let me know!.

I’ve been on Xeljanz for a few months now, and it’s been a game-changer for my rheumatoid arthritis. The inflammation has significantly reduced, and I’m feeling much better. Just make sure to stay vigilant about any signs of infection, and don’t hesitate to contact your doctor if something feels off. Always good to stay aware about the FDA guidelines and regular checkups.
