I've been using Normal Saline I.V. Flush Inj, 5ml for a while now, and I thought it was just a simple sterile saline solution. But after reading the side effects, I'm feeling a bit anxious. I understand that there are some serious side effects, like allergic reactions. I've had an itchy rashes couple of times. Should I be worried, or is this no big deal? I have a few more treatments left, and I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else had any issues with this, and how did you handle it? I've heard that minor rashes could be common, but I've never had one from a flush before, so I'm a bit concerned. I've talked to my doctor, but I'd also like to hear from people who have been through this.

I was recently prescribed Pot Chl/dextrose 5%/nacl0.45% IV fluid for dehydration, and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. The doctor mentioned that most people tolerate it well, but I'm still worried. I've heard that some people can experience severe reactions. Has anyone had any severe side effects from this drug? What was your experience? Also, how common are the side effects like rash or hives? I want to be able to recognize any severe side effects and get help as soon as possible. Please help if you can!
