Has anyone else recently started taking the Alunbrig Tablet Initiation Pack for ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)? I'm on my first week, and I'm curious about what others are experiencing. The side effects list is extensive, and I'm a bit nervous about potential issues. I've already noticed some mild dizziness and fatigue, but I'm hoping it gets better with time.
