Has anyone else recently started taking the Alunbrig Tablet Initiation Pack for ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)? I'm on my first week, and I'm curious about what others are experiencing. The side effects list is extensive, and I'm a bit nervous about potential issues. I've already noticed some mild dizziness and fatigue, but I'm hoping it gets better with time.

Also, I'd love to hear from anyone who has tips on managing side effects or navigating insurance coverage. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Be prepared for the financial side too. My insurance covered most of it, but I still had some hefty co-pays. Make sure you understand your coverage and any assistance programs that might be available. Good luck!

I started Alunbrig a few months ago, and the first few weeks were rough. The dizziness and fatigue are common, but they should improve over time. Make sure to stay hydrated and rest as much as you can. Also, talk to your doctor about managing any side effects promptly.

The mouth sores are the worst. I've switched to a softer toothbrush and mouthwash to help, but it's still tough. Also, try to avoid spicy or acidic foods.

I've been on this for a month now and still getting used to the side effects. The muscle spasms are the worst for me. I can't imagine how tough it would be for someone who didn't have a support system.

Please watch out for signs of pancreatitis. My friend had to go to the ER because of severe abdominal pain. I'm sure you already know this, but it's worth emphasizing.

Hang in there! I've been on Alunbrig for about 6 months now, and while it's not a walk in the park, it's manageable. I found that keeping a food diary helped me figure out what foods triggered digestive issues. Also, my doctor prescribed some meds to help with the nausea.
