I recently started taking Tretinoin 10mg capsules for Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia (APL) treatment. I've noticed a few side effects and was wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues. The medication is a game-changer, as it helps my abnormal blood cells mature and function normally, but the side effects can be challenging. I've been dealing with some dizziness, skin irritation, and dry mouth. I also had a scary moment with severe headache and dizziness where I thought it could be high or low blood pressure. I'm curious to hear from others about their experiences and how they managed these side effects. Are there any tips or tricks to cope with these issues? Also, has anyone experienced more severe side effects, and if so, how did you handle them?
