I was recently prescribed Adcirca 20mg Tablets for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). I've heard it can be quite effective, but I'm also concerned about the potential side effects. Specifically, I'm curious about the more severe side effects like allergic reactions, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, changes in hearing or vision, or long-lasting erections.
