I was recently prescribed Adcirca 20mg Tablets for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). I've heard it can be quite effective, but I'm also concerned about the potential side effects. Has anyone here had experience with this medication? Specifically, I'm curious about the more severe side effects like allergic reactions, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, changes in hearing or vision, or long-lasting erections. Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure to follow up with your doctor regularly. That's the best way to monitor any potential issues.

I was really nervous about the side effects, but I haven't experienced any. It's been a positive experience overall.

Be very careful with this one. I stopped taking it after a few weeks because it caused me to have a painful erection that lasted longer than 4 hours. It was scary and uncomfortable. After that, I switched to another medication and haven't looked back.

I had a friend who took Adcirca and had to stop because of severe stomach issues. Just be cautious and keep an eye out for any unusual symptoms.

I'm always cautious with medications, but my doctor said Adcirca is generally well-tolerated. Just keep an eye on any severe symptoms and report them right away.

Side effects seem to be different for everyone. If you're worried, maybe start with a lower dose and see how your body reacts.

I’ve had a lot of luck with Adcirca. It’s really helped with my PAH and the side effects were minimal. I just had some mild headaches and a bit of flushing, but they were manageable.

I was scared of the side effects too, but my doctor assured me that they are rare. I've been fine so far, just make sure you report any issues to your doctor immediately if they happen.
