I've been prescribed Adefovir Dipivoxil 10mg Tablets for my chronic hepatitis B infection, and I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. The medication seems to be working as far as the virus goes, but I've been experiencing some stomach pain and occasional diarrhea. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? I've also read about some serious side effects like lactic acidosis and liver problems. How common are these, and what should I look out for? Has anyone else had similar experiences with this medication? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
