I've been on Sotalol 120mg Tablets for about 6 months now for my irregular heartbeat. My doctor assured me the benefits outweigh the risks, but I've been concerned about the serious side effects like Torsade de Pointes. In the beginning, I dealt with some dizziness and fatigue, but those have mostly subsided. I think it's working for me, but I haven't had any serious side effects, thankfully.
