I've recently started taking Binosto 70mg Effervescent Tablets to help with my osteoporosis and was warned about the potential side effects, particularly jawbone problems. Has anyone else had experience with this issue? What have you done to mitigate it? And if you've had any other side effects, how have you dealt with them? I'm also curious about anyone's experience with managing osteoporosis in general, and how effective they've found Binosto to be.
