I've been on Bydureon BCise for about six months now to manage my type 2 diabetes. I was a little nervous about the weekly injections, but it's actually been quite manageable. The nursing team at the diabetes clinic taught me how to use the injector, and it really isn't any harder than using an insulin pen. I've noticed a big difference in my blood sugar levels—my A1C is much lower than before. The only downside is the possible side effects. Has anyone else been on this medication? How do you handle the potential side effects?
