I've recently been prescribed Carafate 1gm/10ml Suspension for an ulcer, and I'm curious to hear from others who have taken this medication. How effective was it for you? Did you experience any of the side effects listed, such as constipation or signs of high blood sugar? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any rare or unexpected side effects that weren't mentioned in the prescription information. How long did it take for you to notice improvement in your symptoms? Did you have any difficulty getting the medication?
