I've been prescribed Cefazolin 1gm/50ml Inj, 50ml for a surgical site infection. The doctor mentioned it's effective against a broad range of bacteria, including skin, bone, and heart infections. Has anyone else used this for similar infections? I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects, especially the rare but severe ones like Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
