I've been using Panadol Cold/Flu Tablets to manage my symptoms, but I'm starting to notice some side effects that worry me. The medicine contains Acetaminophen for pain and fever, and Phenylephrine for nasal congestion. It's great for relieving cold and flu symptoms, but the possible side effects are a bit concerning. I've had trouble sleeping and a bit of dizziness, but nothing too severe. However, I've heard that, in rare cases, it can cause serious allergic reactions and liver problems. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences with this medication.
