I've been using Panadol Cold/Flu Tablets to manage my symptoms, but I'm starting to notice some side effects that worry me. The medicine contains Acetaminophen for pain and fever, and Phenylephrine for nasal congestion. It's great for relieving cold and flu symptoms, but the possible side effects are a bit concerning. I've had trouble sleeping and a bit of dizziness, but nothing too severe. However, I've heard that, in rare cases, it can cause serious allergic reactions and liver problems. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences with this medication.

I wish they had a version without the decongestant. I have high blood pressure and can't use it.

I couldn't believe how quickly it worked for my congestion. I woke up after a few hours with a clear nose and didn't have to worry about dealing with it all night.

I've been using it for a while and never had any issues. It's great for congestion and fever, I can't imagine dealing with the flu without it.

Did you know that taking too much acetaminophen can lead to liver damage? Always stick to the recommended doses!

I've heard that you shouldn't take Panadol if you have high blood pressure because of the Phenylephrine. Always check with your doctor first.

I have to be careful with Panadol because I get a lot of side effects. I had to stop using it after my doctor told me it might cause liver problems or allergic reactions. It's so important to pay attention to how your body responds.

I took a generic brand and had some dizziness too, but it went away after a few days.

Aren't acetaminophen and ibuprofen the same thing? I thought they were but my doctor told me otherwise. I'm sure there are differences. Can anyone clarify?
