I've been prescribed Colesevelam to help lower my 'bad' cholesterol (LDL-C) and manage my type 2 diabetes. I'm curious to know if anyone else has had success with this medication. How has it affected your cholesterol levels and blood sugar control? I've heard it can cause some side effects, so I'm also interested in hearing about anyone's experiences with those. Did you have any serious issues, or were they mostly mild? Any tips on managing side effects would be greatly appreciated. Also, does anyone know if it interacts with other medications commonly used for diabetes management?
