Hi everyone, I was recently prescribed Decara 25000 IU D3 capsules to correct my low vitamin D levels. I've been taking them for about a month now, and while I understand the benefits of Vitamin D3 for bone health and immune function, I can't help but feel a bit uneasy about the high dose. I've read about the possible side effects, especially the serious ones, and I'm wondering if anyone else has experience with this medication. How did you deal with any side effects?
