My doctor monitored my blood tests while I was on it. I was on a high dose of Vitamin D for a few months but I think the benefits didn't outweigh the risks; I stopped taking it.
I've been on the same dose for about six months now. My doctor gave me a baseline blood test that showed severe deficiency and monitored me closely. I experienced no side effects and actually felt better overall with more energy. Good luck!
I was on a high dose of vitamin D for a while, and while I didn't experience any severe side effects, I did feel a bit jittery and anxious sometimes. I also had some trouble sleeping. My doctor adjusted my dose and I felt much better.
I've taken vitamin D supplements in the past and never had any issues. But I've also never been on such a high dose. It's scary to think about the potential side effects, especially the long-term ones.
