Decitabine 50mg Inj, 1 Vial for Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) and Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML): My Experience and Questions
I recently started treatment with Decitabine 50mg Inj, 1 Vial for my MDS. I wanted to connect with others who have experience with this drug. I've read about the potential side effects, but I'm curious about everyone's experiences with managing them. Additionally, I'm interested in hearing about any tips or tricks for dealing with the treatment itself. Thanks in advance for sharing your stories and advice!
Decitabine is a chemotherapy drug used to treat certain types of blood cancers. It works by helping to turn 'on' genes in cancer cells that tell them to stop growing or to die, which can slow down or stop the growth of cancer. However, managing the side effects can be challenging, and I'd love to hear about how others have coped.
