I've been struggling with extremely dry and irritated skin, especially during the winter months. My dermatologist recommended Dermabase Cream, which is supposed to create a protective layer to lock in moisture. I've started using it a few days ago, and while it feels soothing, I'm not sure if it's working as well as I hoped. Have any of you tried Dermabase Cream? What were your experiences? I've read about some serious side effects, but I'm hoping that's rare. Any tips or advice would be appreciated! Also, how long did it take for you to see improvements?
