I've been taking Diclofenac 25mg Capsules for the past two weeks to manage my arthritis pain, and I'm starting to worry about some of the side effects I've been experiencing. I've had some mild stomach issues, but I've also noticed some shortness of breath and lightheadedness. I'm not sure if the second two are normal, or if I should be concerned. I tried to google some validation, but haven't found conclusive answers. I know that NSAIDs can have some serious side effects, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if I should talk to my doctor. I don't want to stop taking it if it's something that will pass. But on the other hand, I don't want to mess with my lungs or anything. Any thoughts?
