I've started taking Diltiazem XR 240mg Capsules and I'm a bit worried about the possible side effects. Has anyone else experienced any of the urgent side effects like severe dizziness or fainting? I know these are rare, but it's still scary to think about. Also, how has your experience been with the other possible side effects like headaches or feeling tired? Does anyone have tips on managing these? I am looking for the positive reviews on this medication also. I have been told it can help with blood pressure. Has anyone noticed this help? I really want to know if it is worth this gamble. What about the side effects that concern liver issues, I know it can be rare but what should i be watching for?
