I've been dealing with chronic neck spasms for years, and my doctor recently suggested trying Dysport injections. I've had three sessions so far, and I'm noticing some improvement, but I'm also experiencing some side effects. I'm wondering if anyone else has tried Dysport for this condition and what their experiences have been. Specifically, I'm curious about how long the effects last and if the side effects get better over time. I've had some muscle weakness and fatigue, which is a bit concerning. Any insights or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated! Also, how does Dysport compare to Botox for neck spasms?
