I've been prescribed Kristalose 10gm Oral Sol Packets for constipation related to my liver condition. I've heard mixed reviews. I haven't had any of the urgent side effects yet, but I have a bit of gas and cramps and I'm not sure if it's worth it. To those who have experience, how long did the constipation relief last before you needed to take it again? Is it better to stick to more natural remedies and avoid side effects?
