I recently received a prescription for Hyperhep B 220u/ml Inj 1ml, which is a Hepatitis B Immune Globulin (HBIG). I'm a health care worker and was exposed to the virus through a needle stick. I'm aware that this medication provides immediate, temporary protection, but I'm curious about the experiences of others who have used it. Has anyone else had to take this medication? How did you cope with any side effects? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any long-term effects or how it compares to getting a vaccine. Additionally, I'd love some advice on what to watch out for during and after treatment. Thanks in advance for any insights!
