I recently started treatment with Gamifant 10mg/2ml Inj for my diagnosis of Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH). HLH is a severe condition where the immune system goes into overdrive, causing organ damage. Gamifant works by blocking a protein called interferon gamma, which helps calm down the immune response. Has anyone else had experience with this treatment? I'd love to hear about your journey and any tips you might have for managing the side effects. The urgent side effects list is quite daunting, but I'm hoping to hear that people have managed to navigate them successfully. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for any signs of infection, allergic reactions, or changes in blood pressure, as these could be serious.
