I've been using Gebauer's Spray and Stretch 116ml for the past few weeks to help with muscle pain and tightness. It has worked wonders for my back pain and has definitely helped me relax before stretching exercises. I've noticed that it quickly cools the skin and numbs the pain, which is great. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I'd love to hear about your results. I did note that the list of possible side effects is quite extensive, but I haven't experienced any issues so far. Just a heads up to anyone considering it, be sure to follow the instructions carefully and watch out for any signs of allergic reactions or unusual symptoms. I'm curious to know if anyone has had any adverse reactions or any horror stories to share. Also, has anyone tried this for anything other than muscle pain? Like arthritis or other joint issues?
