Anyone else have success with Gebauer's Spray and Stretch for muscle pain?
I've been using Gebauer's Spray and Stretch 116ml for the past few weeks to help with muscle pain and tightness. It has worked wonders for my back pain and has definitely helped me relax before stretching exercises. I've noticed that it quickly cools the skin and numbs the pain, which is great. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I'd love to hear about your results. I did note that the list of possible side effects is quite extensive, but I haven't experienced any issues so far. Just a heads up to anyone considering it, be sure to follow the instructions carefully and watch out for any signs of allergic reactions or unusual symptoms. I'm curious to know if anyone has had any adverse reactions or any horror stories to share.

I've found it great for stretching before yoga. Just be careful not to get it in your eyes—it burns like hell!
I've been using it for a few months now and it's been a lifesaver for my back pain. Just be careful not to inhale it—it's not fun.

I used it for a sprained ankle and it helped a lot with the initial pain. But I did notice some skin irritation where I applied it.

I had a weird reaction to it last time I used it. My skin turned bright red and started itching. I had to wash it off immediately. I'm not sure if it was an allergic reaction or what, but I won't be using it again.
