I've been using Lexette 0.05% Topical Foam for my psoriasis for about a month now. It's been a game-changer in terms of reducing redness, swelling, and itching. However, I'm a bit concerned about the side effects, especially the potential for severe allergic reactions or high blood sugar. Has anyone else had any issues with these side effects?
