I've been taking Loestrin 24 Fe for a few months now, and I'm not having any period whatsoever. It's great for the time, but I am also not sure if that is normal. I've heard that the iron can help with anemia, but I'm not sure what to think about the lack of bleeding entirely. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't want to stop the birth control, but I am concerned that I will not get any period. Or am I just being paranoid?

I've been on Loestrin 1.5/30 Tablets 21 for about six months now, and I've had a mixed experience. The pill works well for preventing pregnancy and has regulated my periods, but I've also had some side effects that are really concerning me. I've experienced a lot of mood swings, which is something I've never had an issue with before. I've also noticed some weight gain, which isn't something I expected. I've read about the potential side effects, but I'm not sure if what I'm experiencing is normal or if I should talk to my doctor. Anybody else on this pill who can share their experiences? I'd love to hear some advice or just know I'm not alone in this. Thanks!
