I was recently prescribed Lytgobi 4mg tablets (20mg total daily dose) to treat my cholangiocarcinoma. The doctor explained that it works by blocking certain signals that help cancer cells grow and spread. I've been reading about the possible side effects, which can be quite scary, and although my doctor was very reassuring, I would love to hear from others who have taken this medication.
