So, I've got my colonoscopy coming up and I've been prescribed the dreaded Colyte Solution 4000ml. I've heard horror stories about the prep, but I'm hoping to find some helpful tips and maybe even some humor to get me through it. What was your experience like? How did you deal with the side effects and the sheer volume of liquid you had to drink? Let’s share tips and maybe even some laughs along the way.
