I recently started using the Menthol 5% Cold/Hot Patch for some minor muscle aches and pains. I have been dealing with back pain and arthritis and wanted to try a topical solution before turning to stronger medication. The patch creates a cooling sensation that feels warm after a while, which distracts from the pain, but I was wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences. Does anyone know about its side effects, or did anyone else have any concerns to deal with? It seems to work well for minor pain, but I'm curious about long-term use or for more severe pain– anyone have experience with that?
