I was recently prescribed Mi-Yesintek 45mg/0.5ml Pfinj. 0.5ml (Ustekinumab) for my psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. The doctor said it helps reduce inflammation by blocking certain proteins (IL-12 and IL-23) that cause inflammation in my conditions. I've heard it works well for some people, but I'm a bit nervous about the side effects, especially the severe ones like allergic reactions, infections, and serious brain conditions. The medication is given as an injection under the skin after an initial IV dose, and I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through this process and can share their experience. What were the side effects like? How did you manage them? Did the medication work well for you? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
