So I just started Nerlynx for my HER2-positive breast cancer, and I'm curious about others' experiences. The side effects, especially diarrhea, are no joke, but I know it's crucial to stick with it. Has anyone else faced issues with fluid and electrolyte problems? I'm trying to manage everything exactly as prescribed—any tips on handling the side effects? I already know that I need to be vigilant, but it's still a lot to deal with. What have other people done to manage their symptoms and stay on track?
