I've been using Nystatin cream 30gm for the past week to treat a stubborn diaper rash on our baby. It seems to be working, but I'm a bit concerned about the side effects listed. Has anyone else used this and experienced any issues? I want to make sure I'm doing everything right. Also, how long should it take to see significant improvement? Our little one is quite uncomfortable.
