I've been using Nystatin cream 30gm for the past week to treat a stubborn diaper rash on our baby. It seems to be working, but I'm a bit concerned about the side effects listed. Our little one is quite uncomfortable.

Be cautious with the application area — make sure it doesn't get into the baby's eyes or mouth. I had a bit of irritation at the site, but it went away quickly.
I've had some mild irritation, but nothing too serious. Just keep the area clean and dry, and it should heal up quickly.
Nystatin cream saved me from a bad yeast infection, but I had to use it for a week for it to be effective.
I think it's important to report any side effects to the FDA. Even if they seem minor, it helps with future research and warnings.
