I've been on Onpattro for a few months now, and I've noticed some improvements in my nerve function. However, I'm curious about the long-term side effects, especially eye changes and night vision. I'm also wondering if anyone else has experienced vein irritation during the infusion. The literature mentions that vein irritation is possible, I would like to know how others have managed this and any tips or tricks they may have to deal with the issue. Additionally I have heard a lot about the possible long term night vision issues. For those who have experienced night vision issues, how bad is it and is it something that gets better or worse over time?.
