I have been prescribed Onureg 300mg Tablets to help prevent my acute myeloid leukemia (AML) from coming back. The doctor said this drug should help keep my cancer at bay but mentioned some pretty serious side effects. I have read that Onureg can cause allergic reactions, infections, bleeding, chest pain, and shortness of breath if you notice such symptoms. Also, even other side effects like constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, and joint pain can be quite uncomfortable. If you have any experience with this medication, I would really appreciate your insights and advice on how to manage the possible side effects.
