I recently started using Crovalimab (Piasky) 340mg/2ml Sdv Inj for treating my Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH). This medication is given by injection under the skin and works by blocking a part of your immune system that can damage your red blood cells in PNH. I've heard that switching to this medication from a similar drug requires close monitoring for 30 days. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm curious to know how others have managed the transition and any tips or advice you might have.
