I've been prescribed Prozac 20mg for my OCD and have been taking it for about a month now. I've noticed some improvements, but I'm also experiencing vivid dreams and fatigue. Has anyone else had these side effects? Are they temporary? Also, I've read about some serious side effects. How common are these? My doctor mentioned they're rare, but I want to be prepared. Any advice or shared experiences would be great!
