I was recently diagnosed with primary hyperoxaluria type 1 (PH1) and have just started treatment with Rivfloza 128mg/0.8ml Pf Syr Inj. I'm hoping to hear from others who have experience with this medication. How has it been working for you? Have you noticed any improvements in your symptoms? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any side effects you've experienced and how you've managed them. I'm also curious about the long-term outlook for those on this treatment. Has anyone had any issues with insurance coverage or accessing the medication?

My child was recently diagnosed with primary hyperoxaluria type 1 (PH1), and the doctor prescribed Rivfloza 80mg/0.5ml Sdv Inj. This medication is a bit daunting as it's given by injection under the skin once a month. It's supposed to help the liver produce less oxalate, which is great for preventing kidney stones and kidney damage. However, I'm a bit worried about the side effects, especially the urgent ones like allergic reactions. Has anyone else had experience with this? How has it gone for your family? Any tips for administering the injection and managing side effects would be greatly appreciated!
