I started taking Silodosin 8mg Capsules a few months ago to manage my BPH symptoms. I recently started taking Silodosin 4mg Capsules to manage symptoms of an enlarged prostate, but I've been experiencing some alarming side effects. I want to know if anyone else has had similar experiences and what they did about it. The medication was prescribed by my doctor to help with frequent urination and difficulty starting urination. So far, it has helped with those symptoms, but I'm now dealing with severe dizziness and fainting spells, which are listed as urgent side effects that require immediate medical attention. I've also noticed that my orgasms are different, with reduced or absent semen. I'm not sure how to proceed because I don't want to stop taking the medication if it's helping my prostate, but these side effects are concerning. Has anyone else navigated this? I'm reaching out to see if anyone has advice or similar experiences. I plan on calling my doctor, but I want to be informed before I do.
